Abstract

Bandar Udara Husein Sastranegara Bandung dikelola oleh PT. Angkasa Pura II merupakan kawasan pangkalan Angkutan Udara TNI, Industri Dirgantara, Perguruan Tinggi Penerbangan, Sekolah
Penerbangan, Perkumpulan Aerosport mempunyai panjang landas pacu 2250 m x 45 m. Jumlah penumpang tahun 2012 sebesar 1.872.985 orang, sedangkan kemampuan bandara hanya 903.000 orang dan terjadi over capacity dengan perbandingan 2,1. Perhitungan fasilitas bandara mengacu SKEP 77/VI/ 2005 tentang Persyaratan Teknis Pengoperasian Fasilitas Teknik Bandar Udara dan peramalan penumpang menggunakan regresi berganda skenario moderat. Perluasan sisi darat gedung bandara menjadi 12.000 m2, fasilitas terminal lantai 1 dan lantai 2 sebesar 6000 m2. perluasan sisi udara hanya pada strip runway sedangkan panjang runway terbatas lahan karena ada obstacle kota dan gunung Bohong serta penataan tata letak taxiway dan apron dilakukan agar jarak parkir pesawat terhadap strip runway dan jarak wing tip to wing tip lebih aman dalam menampung 8 pesawat udara.
